Tuono Type 7 is one of the few to have this certification, along the Type 8 and Type 9.

The Record
With a standard hull, with petrol outboard motor, rigorously standard (2 Suzuki DF 200), with standard propellers (Suzuki), the Tuono type 9 wins, at the beginning of August 2018, the world speed record on the route Montecarlo-Venice, until then held by the FB design yard of Fabio Buzzi, surpassing the previous record of more than 3 hours.
On board there were Alberto Bonin, Gianluca Chiari and Franco Chiari.
On the ground, in tactical direction, there were: Alessandro Di lelio, Marco and Angelo Sala.
